My computer cannot find my printer.
When this happened before I just sat everything down and restarted and it seemed to reset itself and worked. I cannot get it to print and the only "new" thing is we added an extender to our router and the password changed. I am at a loss and am computer illiterate so unable to fix this on my own. Can someone walk me step by step to fix my problem? Appreciate any help

Hi,
Try turning the extender off and then try to connect the printer back to your network using the standard connect option in the printer menu.
If the printer connects go ahead and turn the the extender back on.
