I installed a new router for my wireless network. I am able to connect my printer to it and my laptop using Windows 11 but when I install the drivers, etc i get the message that the printer could not be detected. I've reconnected the printer to the wireless network, removed the printer and try adding again only to get the above message.

Hi,
Since you are able to connect the printer to your network, I recommend trying to connect to another device as a test. If you have an Android or iOS device you can download the free Canon Print Inkjet Selphy app.
Once the app is installed, make sure the device is connected to the same network as the printer and then open the app.
Let us know if the app can detect the printer.
