Folks help me with this please, I am in way over my head. My Prima 472 went into a daisy chain of starting up then turning off , then starting up, turning off etc and would not stop. I unplugged the system and deleted the printer from the Mac and then turned the printer on . It was fine and stayed on and the blue WiFi light was solid blue. I tried adding the printer back after downloading the proper software. But the Mac doesn't seem to see the printer (after you type in the first few characters) because when I try adding, it its not automatic like usual. So I added it manually. Then I tried to print but nothing happens. Then problem #2 started. Since I don't print often I said hey I'll just attach a UBS cable and be done with it. When I attach the cable from the MAC to the printer, the printer shuts itself off and does not come back on until I remove the UBS cable. The cable is brand new because I thought the old cable could be bad and was replaced. So the problem is not the cable. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Chet
