For some reason using the "Easy Setup" when attempting to connect the PIXMA8120 to my PC is not working. Do the drivers need to be updated? What am I missing? All help is appreciated.

Can you please tell me what I need to do. I purchased a replacement MG8120 and now cannot print, copy, etc.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The MG8120 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
