I previously used my Pixma 5700 under Windows 7. I'm now using a new PC with Windows 11. Printer connected wirelessly for both OS. Printing is fine, and the Windows Scan app scans OK, but I need to scan multi-page documents and save to PDF. I downloaded the Canon Quick Menu but it doesn't include scanning icons, and the Scan row in the Main Menu is blank.
Here is some Windows info in case that may be relevant.
Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
When WS is attached to the printer name that normally means that printer is using a generic Windows version of the driver. If you upgraded your operating your system and selected add printer, that is most likely what caused the generic driver to install.
To resolve the issue, please delete the printer and restart your computer. After the restart, click HERE and download/install the MG5700 series MP Drivers Ver. 1.01 file. This will install the printer and scanner driver. It will also install IJ Scan Utility which you can use to scan as well.

Thanks ArthurJ, that worked a treat! However I deleted Quick Menu before I followed your directions in case its presence caused problems, and it hasn't been reinstalled. Can I just download it as before and reinstall it, expecting it to work this time? (I'll 'Accept as solution' once I know this. Don't want to do it now in case it closes the thread.)
