PIXMA MG3620 won't reconnect to Wi-Fi, won't let me enter password

I followed the set up instructions. For step 13, the option never comes up for me to enter my home network's wifi password.  It does identify the SSID.  Please help!  I had my phone connected before, but now it won't work!  The yellow alarm light blinks at this step every time.  I unplug and reset everything and still no solution!

The MG3620 requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.  Please ensure you have a dedicated 2.4 GHz broadcast using this encryption standard.  The printer cannot connect to a 5 GHz broadcast or a device that is using WPA3 encryption.
