Hi,
If you have not done so, please try connecting the printer using our free Canon print app. Please click HERE to open the support page for your printer.
Once it opens, scroll down and select wireless help and then select WiFi printing. If the printer still wont connect to your network using the app, I recommend reaching out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
