I changed ISPs recently and am using a Verizon Home Internet 5GHz router. I haven't been able to connect my Pixma MG3620 printer ever since. It's not even detected on my Android phone or Windows laptop. The WiFi light on the printer is a solid blue, but the configuration page indicates 0% signal strength. There's a 2.4GHz "guest" network on the router and I've connected the phone to that, but it still doesn't detect the printer. It was connected at one point, on my old router. I didn't test it. I don't see anything in the troubleshooting that fits this situation. Any suggestions to get this working?

Does anyone have a Canon printer working with Verizon Wireless? What's your experience?

Hi,
I see you have connected the Android to the 2.4 guest network but if you have not done so, please use the steps HERE to try and connect the printer using the Canon app.

I've been through that. I never get past step 7. The printer isn't detected.
