Suddenly getting an error message when I try to use IJ Scan Utility Lite for my Canon MG3620 on my MacBook Pro. I'm not sure why it's asking for installation again. I did update firmware, thinking it might fix the problem. I'm hopeful someone might have a solution. The scanner works just fine when I use the Canon app on my iPhone.
"A required file is missing or corrupted, or settings are incorrect. Try the installation again."
