Thanks for joining the conversation, Mlnsmth8311!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and whether you're trying to get your printer and your laptop to talk to each other via Wi-Fi or some other method. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi there!
I'm not a tech, but I've seen that reinstalling the software from THIS site usually clears up any issues.
Keep in mind that our printers can only see the 2.4Ghz WiFi spectrum, so if your WiFi only broadcasts in the 5Ghz range, the printer won't be able to see your WiFi. You should be able to broadcast both.
Let us know if reinstalling the software works for you!
