PIXMA MG2522 Error code B200

My Canon MG2522 Pixma printer is less than a year old.  (Purchased 2/20/24.)  It will not print, and is flashing an error code.  The error button flashes, and then the power button flashes.  Then it repeats.  It's showing support code B200.  I've made sure all of the cords are attached well, unplugged the unit, performed a reset as shown on youtube, and even restarted the computer.  Nothing works.  According to the website I purchased from (WalMart), the printer should have a one year warrantee, but the Canon website doesn't have information on that I can find on that.  Help, please!

Hi aneighbors,

The B200 error is an indication that your PIXMA MG2522 would require service.

Your PIXMA MG2522 has a one year warranty, starting from the original date of purchase.

If you purchased your PIXMA MG2522 using a credit/debit card, Walmart should be able to reprint the receipt for you.

Please contact your local Walmart for assistance with this.

Once you have the receipt, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG2522 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can provide you with your available service options.
