PIXMA IX6820 - won't allow me to open Quick Utility Toolbox

Hello!

I just purchased the Canon ix6820 and am trying to open the calibration tool, but the window is saying I need to open it via the "Quick Utility Toolbox". When I try to add my printer to it, it says it's nowhere to be found.  I even tried using a USB, but to no avail.  Also, the colors are printing really dark/muddy. Please help!!

I'm running macOS!  I still can't get the Quick Utility Toolbox to work! 😞

Please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA iX6820 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can assist you with the incorrect colors printing from your iX6820.
