I recently purchased a second hand Megatank Pixma G6020 Multifunction Printer K10496 and tried to connect it to my home Wi-Fi.
I did a manual search, it found my router, but when I selected OK to enter my password it went straight to trying to connect to it. When it failed, I tried it again and still did not ask for a password. I tried it on another Wi-Fi router that I know requires a password and it did the same thing.

If the Wi-Fi password entry screen is not appearing on your Canon PIXMA G6020, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Reset Network Settings: Access the printer's settings menu and look for an option to reset network settings. This can help clear any previous configurations that may be causing the issue.
Consult the Manual: Refer to the user manual for specific instructions on connecting to Wi-Fi and entering passwords.
Contact Canon Support: If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Canon customer support for further assistance.
