I got a new modem and now my TS3322 wireless printer will not connect. I have unplugged and restarted everything but still says the printer is offline.

Greetings,

By new modem, do you mean wireless router too?  A modem on its own does not support device connectivity.

If you have a new wireless network, you should re-run the printer's set up utility to change or update the SSID network name and / or password for your new network.  You may need to put the printer into wireless set up mode first before running the software.  Here is a tutorial to help you:

Thank you.  I went through the instructions given and I am still getting the message cannot find printer. I probably should also mention that we had lightning strike the power pole and we lost numerous televisions and cable boxes as well as the modem. The printer comes on I get in S32 error message and when I try to connect again, it says printer not found.

If there’s anyone out there, they can help me with this. I still need help. I’m desperate, please.

Greetings,

S32 error?  The printer can display E32 error, but I've never seen S32.

LCD Error Codes - TS3320 / TS3322 (canon.com)

The printer requires a 2.4Ghz broadcast that supports WPA2 / AES encryption.  Please ensure your network meets these requirements.

If the new router is dual or tri-band and uses the same SSID network name for both broadcasts, you may try temporarily disabling the 5Ghz broadcast while connection is performed.  You can also give each network broadcast a unique name instead.

example:

yournetwork 2.4

yournetwork5G

yournetwork5G-2

If you are using a mesh system in conjunction with the ISP hardware, additional configuration might be required.  Bridge or pass-through mode (example).

Beyond that, you mentioned a lightning strike that destroyed several devices in your home.  Is it possible the printer was damaged?  Just because it turns on doesn't mean its ok.

The printer has a 1 yr warranty from Canon too.
