Noticed you have to hit the chat
" have a question" info button for it to pull up.
Canon Support for Color imageCLASS MF743Cdw | Canon U.S.A., Inc.
No more auto populate of the downloads for a device in the printer list of quick links.
Very strange to say the least!

Hello Etp,
Drivers for the imageCLASS MF743Cdw can be found here: https://canon.us/3QuZDOz. Once you go to the link click on the "Software & Drivers" tab to view available downloads.
We hope this helps!

Greetings,
Actually, its not "strange". Canon maintains several pages for its products.
Product page
Support page
Product Store page, etc 🙂

Read his post again-- Yes, it is extremely strange to have to "chat" in order to get a download link. Clicking "Software & Drivers" at the top does nothing. The only thing under "Downloads" is a silly ios/android app link. I've been using Canon products for 20+ years, supporting them for 10 and have never had to spend 20+ minutes looking for a download link for software. Something has changed on your site for the worse.

Hi there!
I just checked the link included in James's post and it leads to the correct page, once you click "Software and Drivers" OR "Downloads" it should show you the "Software and Drivers' tab, which can be expanded. If you are not seeing that please try clearing your cache and cookies.

I believe "should", but ... Nope. I am on a cleanly installed win 11 machine. Tried Chrome (regular and incognito), Edge (cleared all cookies and settings), and Firefox (cleared everything). Also logged into a customer's PC trying to get her printer set up, and experience the same exact thing (despite completely different setup, network/ISP, etc). That software/drivers button does nothing but pop up a survey initially, then nothing. I presume its taking me to a download tag so it doesn't need to do anything since it is already on my screen. That downloads section only has an "Apps" section like in my screenshot.
The fact that the two others before me are having the same issue reinforces the fact that y'all need to get troubleshooting on your website.

That's not normal, please give our team a call at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) so they can collect further information to put in a ticket with our web team!

If you want to hand over the info to the appropriate team, go for it. I've spent enough time on y'all's issues. Thanks for responding so quickly though!

Try the support page directly: https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/color-imageclass-mf743cdw
if that doesn't work in Chrome, try Edge.
