My Image Garden installation shows "Can't create output file" error

Computer error message I don't understand.

I am trying to install My Image Garden on my computer for my printer (PIXMA-G3260) and when it tries to unzip the file I get the message 'Can't create output file'.  What does that mean & what do I have to do to continue the download?
