My Image Garden Missing Photos

I am using a Dell Inspiron laptop and I have started doing astrophotography and have uploaded about 1,000 pictures into the pictures folder and can see them when viewing through the yellow folder.  When I open My Image Garden, only the first 31 pictures are there.  Any ideas or suggestions why ?

Were the images edited before you attempted to open them with My Image Garden?

Are all of the images JPG/JPEG?  Or are some a different format, such as RAW, BMP, TIF, etc.?

Are you using Windows 10?
or are you using Windows 11?

It was my pictures taken in raw for astrophotography.  I am using windows 10 but interestingly enough, the ones that are seen are also in raw format.
