PIXMA PRO-100 prints test page OK but won't print photos

Hi I have a MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.3 and am connected by a USB C to printer cable directly.  I can print out a test page perfectly but can't print any photos from Preview or Photos (or anywhere else for that matter!!). What am I missing?  Richie

Hi HalfCut333,

Please load a sheet of plain paper in to your PRO-100 and then print a test page.

To do this, please press and hold the RESUME button until the power light blinks white twice, then let go of the button.

The RESUME button is the middle button on the front of your PRO-100.

Once that has printed, please take a picture of that page and then please attach that image to your reply of this post.
