My printer will print, but I get the error 255,0,0 when I try to scan using the MF Scan Utility. I have deleted and reinstalled the utility and it didn't fix the problem. I have had this problem before, but I can't recall how it got cleared up.
I'm scanning across my wireless network not USB. Printer firmware has been updated.
Please advise on how to fix this asap.
Thanks

Hello Jbnapier,
That error will point to something blocking the scanner connection or scan utility has not selected a scanner. In this situation you can try clicking on the icon for the MF scanner selector and checking if the scanner is selected using the steps in the link HERE. If the scanner is selected and you continue to have issues, you can try turning off any security software on the computer and trying another scan.
You can also try downloading and installing the recommended driver for the MF733Cdw from our support site, to see if it can clear the error. If you continue to have issues, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666 for further assistance.
