PIXMA MX472 Quick Menu Not Launching

Quick Menu is not launching on Pixma MX472.  Tested on both laptops and reloaded drivers on one of them.  No change. Quick Menu was working on both laptops a few days ago.  Any ideas?  Is this a Microsoft OS update issue rather than Canon software?

Hi,

If you only reloaded the drivers, try also install the Quick Menu file from the following site: 

https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mx472

Make sure to select the more option when you scroll down on that page.

Thanks for the information.

I tried reinstalling Quick Menu from the link.  No success.

I uninstalled Quick Menu, restarted the PC, installed Quick Menu, and restarted the PC.  No success.
