Hello. Recently in the company we bought a brand new printer ImageClass D1620. It works as expected until we needed to share some scanned documents through our local network. So, we met that only the user account of the computer used to save the documents can see the scanned files, the other users in the office couldn't saw the files in the shared folder!! I used to think that it was a wrong configuration of the network/folder, but after several tests I found that this was caused by the scanner application, MF Scan Utility (version 1.20.0.2 ). I've tried other scanner applications and they worked good creating the files accesible to other users in our net. I attach an image so you can see the account permissions, the other applications doesn't omit the default "Everyone" status of the created files. If I missing something or if you have any ideas please let me know. I would like to still use this application as it is very easy to understand by the users in the office.
