I recently purchase a PIXMA G7020 printer. It is installed connected to our PC via a wired connection. Initially I was able to also connect to it through our home internet (via a router), but recently that connection has failed. I have located the online manual for the printer and tried every method for connecting the printer via wireless methods and they all have failed. I tried to connect with Canon technical support online, but I got a message that they no longer provide support for this model. What can I do? This is very frustrating and demoralizing.

Thanks. I already went through the methods recommended in the online manual (easy, direct, other) and none of them worked. The printer did correctly identify my router and asked for the password, but in each method, once I entered the correct password, it indicated it was trying to connect but then failed. I talked with a computer expert who is a friend who told me that the printer may be flawed and to return it to the store to exchange it for another one, which is what I plan to do.
