Hi, can anyone tell me why I keep losing the link to Canon print pro, it seems when ever there’s an update I lose the use of it.

Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information.
What is the exact model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?
Do you see any error messages?
Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

Hi, my printer is Canon Pro 300, I’m using Mac Monterey 12.6.6. The error message I get is:
the destination folder for this operation is missing /Library/Caches/Canon/professional/print & layout/PPL_LR_TEMP
