I upgraded my operating system to BigSur and can now only print from my Macbook Pro to TR4500. When I try to scan I get an error saying- failed to open a connection - 21345.
I have reinstalled the latest TR4500 software. I can still scan from another Apple device that has Catolina operating system.

Hello SEAV,
That error will point to a problem with the Mac connecting to the printer's IPV6 address. In this situation, you can try turning the printer's IPV6 setting off using the steps in the link HERE. Once ipv6 has been turned off, you can turn the printer off and on and then you can try scanning again. You might have to restart the Mac as well.
