Hello. We have an IX-R7000 badge printer that simply will not be networked. When attempting to install the printer driver and connect to the printer, I get the message "Printer not found on network". Okay, so I tried taking the printer and connecting it to a non-work computer via a network cable (with a switch inbetween), configured the IP addesses so they're on the same subnet, same result. It's honestly like the software distributed by Canon is faulty. I know this is a specialized case, but has anyone tried networking these before with any luck?
