My IMAC and printer have ceased communicating. My printer is a PIXMA G3270 wireless all in one. Apple tried to help me reconnect but we could not. find an IP address for the printer. Both are connected to wifi. Both are about 1 year old. can you help?

Hi janecraig,
To determine the IP address of your printer, please print the network configuration pages. With your printer on and plain paper loaded, please follow these steps:
1. From the Home screen, select Settings and press the OK button.
2. Select LAN settings and press the OK button.
3. Select Print details and press the OK button.
4. Select Yes and press the OK button.
5. Check the message and press the OK button.
6. Choose Yes or No and then press the OK button.
Please look at 3-2-6 SSID. Is the name listed to the right the same Wi-Fi network that your computer is connected to?
Look next at 3-2-1 Signal Strength. Please make sure that this is above 50% at least.
Lastly, the IP address that you are looking for will be listed to the right of 3-2-12 IP Address.
