Wi-fi is set up. All the proper plug in are done (even though your new product DID NOT include the USB plug-in). What is the problem? Anyone out there please. Thanks.

Greetings,
This likely has to do with your network configuration. Please assign a static IP for the printer on your router.
Remove the device from your computer, and restart your system. Then reinstall as an IP printer, If you don't know how to do this, let us know what OS you are running and we'll provide instructions.

THanks so much. I don't know how to assign a static IP. I have a Mac OS Monterey 12.7.6 (it's getting too old, I know it) and my Modem is from Xfinity.

Also when you say remove the "device" what do you mean? And restart your "syste" do you mean computer? I had an a Canon PIXMA printer previously so why can't my modem/router just pick that same info up? Sorry to be so lame. I've never had this kind of problem with a printer in all my life! And on your router I have a modem via Xfinity which I said earlier.
