I'm experiencing an issue with Canon's IJ Scan Utility Lite for Mac. On photo scans (set to save as TIF) I get this error message: "The scanned image cannot be saved because the selected format is not supported. Select JPEG or TIFF format in the driver, and then scan again." I select "save as JPEG" and get the same message. I uninstalled the app, downloaded a new copy and re-installed it, but the same message occurs. When scanning PDF, the same message pops up again.
If you have a fix for this, please share! Thx
