I have installed the latest version of Easy Photo-Print Editor on a Windows PC using Windows 11. I have a TR8620a printer. When I click on the shortcut (or the exe file directly) it spins for a couple of seconds and then quits. The software does not open. If I check in Task Manager there are 3 instances of the Canon Easy PhotoPrint background process running. When I stop one, all 3 stop.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and then rebooted.
I have tried running it as Administrator (although I am an Administrator) with the same results.
Please let me know what else I need to change.
I recommend reaching out to Canon support. The real time feedback of a live technical support call/chat would be very beneficial in this case.

I called support (chat was not available) and we walked through all the things I had already tried (reboot, uninstall/reinstall/reboot, etc.). I was then passed to a technician who just had me install Easy Photo Print EX. That old software doesn't run properly (on Windows 11?) and the text is too small to read with no options that I could see to make it bigger. The long story short is that Easy Photo-Print Editor still won't open.
I have the same problem since I upgraded to Win 11 it has not been able to launch the program. I did talk to a tech and it was never resolved. Very frustrating!!! Now I have to use an old laptop to access my work that this program holds on the cloud... What a pain, can't believe tech support is level one... for a Pro-200 printer
