My Canon App isn't working on my Chromebook. It's installed but every time I try to open it, it closes immediately. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled as Google said but I'm still unable to connect. I have a Canon Pixma MG3620 with a HP Chromebook OS version 100.0.4896.82.

Hi,
The Canon print inkjet/selphy app is not compatible with Chromebooks. The app was designed to work with Android and iOS devices.
With Google Cloud print being unsupported you can try adding the printer via the Google Native printing system. If your printer is on the same network as your Chromebook, please try the following:
1.Connect the printer to the same router as your Chromebook.
2.Add the printer to your Chromebook.
a. Select Settings.
b. At the bottom, select Advanced.
c. Under "Printing," select Printers.
d. Under "Available printers to save," next to your printer, select Save.
e. Check that your printer appears at the top, under "Saved printers."
