Bought a Pixma MG 3620 recently and cannot connect wirelessly to my iPhone. Spent 3 hours with Canon support who deduced it was being blocked by Xfinity. Spent 2 hours with Xfinity who deduced it was a problem with Canon. The CanonPrint app bypasses the alphabetical listings that include my MG 3620 so that model can never be selected. My last message is always "failure to connect with the printer" after hours and hours of trying to establish a connection. By the way, my Xfinity app shows a strong wifi signal to the printer. All the You Tube videos were viewed and followed to the letter. Did not have this problem with the older version (MG3220), which recently developed a malfunctioning paper roller problem prompting my new purchase. Also the new MG 3620 printer works perfectly with a USB cable connected to a MacBook. I'm hoping someone out there has a solution. I'm close to giving up on Canon and it's a shame as I've owned many Canon products over the years. Frustrated in cyberspace!
