Canon PRINT App Seeing Another Printer

Recently purchased wireless printer PIXMA MG 3620. Downloaded the Canon print service app to my phone.  Sometimes when I go to print there is another/different HP printer option displays as well. When that happens, it disables my Canon printer. It's a new phone as well. So it has never been connected to any other wireless printer. Hope someone can help.

The Canon App is only designed to work with Canon printers.  It sounds like maybe a neighbor has an HP printer in range of your mobile device.  A nearby printer might appear on your device, but should not appear in your Canon Print App.
