I have a new Canon MF731cdw printer, which keeps going offline. It's connected to my router via wireless. There are days where I can print from my laptop with no problem, and then suddenly it will not print. It's like it loses it's connection. Is there anything on the printer I can do to prevent that?

Hello,
The issue could be caused by a weak signal or a drop in network communication. You can try moving the printer closer to the router or unplugging the router for 5 seconds while it's offline to see if the connection comes back up.
To check what might be going on with the network environment or to check the settings/connection on your computer, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
