I just got my Canon Pixma TR4720 today. I am starting small business in art and the scanning feature is really the one I am aiming for when I purchase this. But this printer just get disconnected everytime I finish scanning 1 document. I have to reconnect it again and again, sometimes reset and all those things. Anyone experiencing this too?
I am using MacBook Pro, MacOs 13. Wifi connection Optimum/AlticeUSA.

Suggest downloading scanning software from Canon website

Hi thank you. I did download the software, but the connection to the scanner always failing now and then. Maybe something with the network connection?

I tried using the Canon Wi-Fi Connection Assistant, when I tried to connect again, came a pop up : "Your computer is currently connected with a frequency not supported by your printer."
Any advice how to handle this? Thanks
