michal2512_0-1729882076622.png

I have second instance of Win11 23H2 on the same PC and there is everything OK.

I was trying reinstal all drivers and utility - without result. I was disabled firewall and virus protection - without result.

Printer is connected via LAN.

Microsoft app from Store - Scan - is working excelent , Scan Utility from Canon not. Any suggestions?

Greetings,

Thanks for the update. I suspected this might be the case.  If not already done, I'd uninstall the printer. Remove the drivers, restart and reinstall.  Hopefully this will solve the problem for you.

Greetings,

What version of the MF Scan Utility do you have installed?  Hopefully 1.21.0.2?

Let me go check what feature release I have on a W11 box..  23H2 or 24H2...

Stil have 23H2 on my box....  I'll test 24H2 this weekend.

Grab v1.21.0.2 if that's not the one you have.

I'm using Eset Internet Security but for the testing I was uninstaled them. After that I was turned off Defender Firewall. And still not working. Maybe I had to reinstal drivers once again yet but I don't think that it help.

Hi again. I had some time and I've updated my another computer to 24h2 and there are no problem with scanning. So, this is another reason.

I did it many times, in different ways, but without success. I don't know what could have caused it, but I ended up reinstalling Windows. Then I installed the Canon drivers and so far everything works. I install my software one by one and always check the scanner's operation. I'll see if any of my programs are causing a conflict. Thank you for all your suggestions and interest in the problem (Google translator)

Greetings ,

Thanks for your reply.  Running system file checker might have been another thing you could have tried before reinstalling Windows.  This is performed from an elevated command prompt.  The command is >SFC /SCANNOW

This is a windows system file integrity checker.  If you Google the command you can read more about it.  Glad you solved it.
