Have had the printer for some time. It goes offline a lot and we've just lived with it. Since moving to Win8/10 seems worse. Decided to reinstall all drivers/reconfig printer using static IP. Printer is on network. Ping from PC to printer works fine. Driver won't detect printer. Both are on same network....not sure what else to try...

Hello.
If you are able to ping the printer on your network the issue may be related to a firewall or anti-spyware utility.
Please temporarily disable your firewall software. Then download and install the latest drivers from our website to see if the printer can be detected during the driver setup.
