Anybody know why, you can not download anything in creative park anymore, registered canon id or otherwise, it will not do anything, and contact us is useless???

I hadn't heard of the site previously, but downloads appear to be working fine. I did not try to log in, didn't seem to need it. The contact us link redirects to Canon Global Support.
