Hello, I am using windows 10 and encounter the ..Information Acquisition Error.. when trying to install the driver on my laptop.
How to overcome this issue

Hi PY,
Please follow these steps:
1. Please click this link to access the downloads for your MX532: Canon Support for PIXMA MX532
2. Click on Software & Drivers.
3. Choose "Windows" from the Operating System drop down and then your version of Windows from the Version drop down.
4. Click the Download button to the right of "Print Driver and Scan Utility Installer Ver.1.01 (Windows)". Note: you may have to click the "Load More" button to locate this.
5. Once that file finishes, please open or run that file to begin the installation on your computer. If you have to search for the file first, the files name is: "mp68-win-mx530-1_01-ea33_3.exe"
6. Follow the on screen prompts to reinstall.
If an error appears, please reply to this post with the exact wording of that error message.
