No driver is available or required for the connection of your camera to your Windows 7 computer. Just connect your camera to your computer, then turn the camera on in the playback mode.
If you haven't already done so, you'll need to update your software for Windows 7. You may download the program updates here: http://bit.ly/Qs2QMa After choosing your operating system and the correct version, you'll want to download and install the following program updates: "ZoomBrowser EX 6.9.0a Updater" and "CameraWindow DC 8.8 for Windows". Please install ZoomBrowser last to allow it to synch with other Canon software on your computer.
