All of a sudden I can't upload a couple of photos to my computer (actually to Dropbox).  Haven't changed the cord to connect the camera to the computer.  Have changed the batteries and also rebooted the computer.

Thanks for that information.

With your camera powered down and disconnected, please power your printer down. If its driver disappears from the Device Manager, plug your camera into your computer, then power it on and switch it to the playback mode.

Does your camera appear in the Device Manager?

If the camera does appear, in which folder do you see it?

Just spoke to Canon Canada and they helped me download the software and install that. Everything is working as needed. Thanks for all your efforts here.
