how to use a powershot sx60hs as a webcam help

Greetings,
The Canon webcam utility does not officially support the sx60hs. The sx70hs is supported.
You can try it with your camera, but there is no guarantee it will work.

As mentioned, you can try it and see if it works. Many DSLRs that were not officially supported do seem to work. One common characteristic that I have noticed regarding all of the cameras that do work is that they all support remote shooting via USB. This is true of the DSLRs and M Series mirrorless bodies.
I am not that familiar with the PowerShot line to say one way or the other if this observation still holds true with PowerShot camera bodies. But, try it, anyway. If your camera supports remote shooting via USB, then there is a chance that it may work.
