I have come around to Windows 11 with a ne Dell from a Windows 7 machine whih has been replaced.. I plug in the USB port and expect a simple recovery of my pictures to a simple file of some sort . I am baffled by the displays I am receiving and have no knowledge of how to navigate it. Can some one give me some tips on the steps I am missing?

In the meantime, I figured out the issue is internal to the camera but NOT to the ISB card in the camera .. IOW, the internal routing in the camera is the culprit on Windows 11. The camera has no problem talking to the USB card in the camera but a plug-in cord transfer is not possible...so I have to remove the USB card and plug it into the computer directly to down load .. All is good .. I don't have to throw away my camera for now.. Just an inconvenience of extracting the card every time I want to download a picture. thank you for the welcoming support.
