Hi there, I apologize if this has been asked and answered, but since I have gotten my new PC (now Windows 10 from Win 8.1) my camera can't find my PC even though all of my router, IP, subnet mask is all correct. I downloaded image.Canon and I see that my camera is set up and connected. It just won't communicate with my new PC.
Am I missing some key software or setting?
Thank you all in advance.

When I select connect to computer it gives me select a device and the only option I can choose is add a device (edit a device is grayed out) and when I click on that it think and thinks and thinks and says no device found?

What directions are you following? It is a safe bet that you need to tell the computer to do something, too.

Are you using Canons Camera Connect software?

No, that was part of my question. Is there other canon software I should be using. My camera instructions don't say anything about what to download.
