I'm trying to connect my powershot sx720 hs to my mac laptop. I go to wifi connection and click on the computer icon, press add device, select my wifi network and punch in the network key. Right after I enter it, it says access failed. My laptop is version 10.10.5, already has CameraWindow downloaded, and is connected to the same wifi. I've read the manual for the camera and the step by step guide posted on the canon website. No matter what method I use I always get the same result.
I have no idea whether or not I am doing something wrong or not and nothing I have read has worked, any help??
