Given the menu system is likely to be in Chinese, I suggest that if you don't have one already, you download the manual for the camera from THIS LINK - refer to P214. Look up camera reset and after turning the camera on, follow the instructions in the manual to find the right tab and the correct item. If you do so, you should be able to set to English OK.
Failing that, contact a local source that has Chinese speakers and get them to do it for you, again using the manual as a reference but they at least understand what they are looking at.
