Hi, i purchased a canon powershot elph360HS about 2 months ago, everything worked fine until yesterday i was taking pictures and now my flash doesnt work anymore. Turned flash off and it takes pictures, turn it back on, it doesnt work. I also reset the camera in case I did something wrong while fixing the settings still doesnt work. Don’t know the problem, I even charged the battery like it says and still dont work, Not sure if i even have warranty for this camera since I did purchase it from a third party seller. Please let me know if there is any way to solve this issue. I was just messing around with the settings and suddenly the flash stopped working & I barely used this camera too 😞

Hello,
It’s frustrating when the flash stops working unexpectedly! Check if the flash is set to "Auto" or "On" in the settings. Ensure the camera’s battery is fully charged, as the flash requires extra power. If it still doesn’t work, inspect the flash bulb for damage. As it’s from a third-party seller, contact Canon support for repair options or warranty eligibility. They may assist further! e-zpasspa com

Greetings,
Canon cameras come with a 1 yr warranty. The Elph 360 was released in 2016. It's 9 years old. If purchase new from a Canon authorized dealer it has warranty. You will need proof of purchase.
I believe it is still serviceable by Canon. Start by registering the camera in your MyCanon account. You will see your support options.
If serviceable you can initiate a repair request. Describe the issue in as much detail as possible. You will be given a repair quote. Then you can decide if you want to move forward with the repair.
If the shipping and repair exceed the cost of replacement, you may want to consider a new device.
