I cannot connect my to my iPhone (13 mini), nor my MacBook. They are all connected to the same Wi-Fi. I'm always on the last step of the connection process and it cannot find either of my devices, even though bluetooth is waiting to connect on my devices. I've registered the camera on my cannonID but still doesn't register that I have. I've also tried the web connection but no matter how many times I try, it tells me there's an error and I have no idea what's wrong. please help!
