PowerShot SX740 HS Web Services message popping up

"Web service settings unchanged Change the settings on a Web browser and reconnect." Came up while I was trying to connect to Image.Cannon. My camera did not prompt an agreement form. Instead the web service settings error came up.  How do.i get my ohotos off my camera?

For the image.canon web services, let's go ahead and clear the camera's wireless settings and establish a new connection to your image.canon account. Please also check to see if your PowerShot SX740 HS is on the latest firmware version. You may click on the following link to visit the product support page for this camera where you're able to download the latest firmware version. Step by step instructions are included in the download file for updating the firmware on your camera.

You may download your photos from the camera to your computer with a USB cable. Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS both include photo apps that can assist customers with downloading images from digital cameras. For WIndows, it would be the Photos software application and for macOS, it would be Image Capture.
