I've tried everything watched videos etc... and cant get it to work. Any help is appreciated

Thank you for the additional information. We would still need to know what type of phone are you trying to connect with, iPhone or Android? What is the version of the operating system on the phone as well like iOS 16 or Android 10, for example.
