My canon powershot a3100 is has this issue where when I turn it on, it just shows a black static screen with 4 bright dots, when I zoom in, they get larger and disappear from the screen, and the static gets larger as well, So far everywhere I looked has failed me, there is no mega tech person showing you how to fix this very specific issue on this very specific camera model, is there sand blocking the lens? Will I have to take it apart and put it back together to fix it? I need help on my canon powershot A3100 is, I'm losing hope

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PowerShot A3100 IS is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.
Hope this helps!
